Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for our Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for promoting IT software products, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Candidates with field sales experience and excellent communication skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct field visits to understand client requirements
- Present and explain software products and services
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales reports and client records
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Field Sales preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Ability to conduct client meetings and presentations
- Willingness to travel for field work
