Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to partner with the Managing Director in driving strategic priorities, governance excellence, and business growth initiatives. The role involves close coordination with the MD, Board, CXOs, and functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the effectiveness of the Managing Director’s Office through strategy prioritization, stakeholder management, follow-ups, and meeting briefs.
* Support growth initiatives through strategy, market intelligence, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and expansion decisions.
* Drive governance by tracking key initiatives, risks, reviews, and performance scorecards.
* Provide strategic insights on market trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and future opportunities.

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration / Equivalent discipline
Experience Required :
3–5 years of experience as Business Analyst with prior experience with top-tier consulting firms

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
