Analysis and implementation of the new and updated regulations/circulars/Guidelines/directions issued by IFSCA/SEZ including Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines
Preparing summary and comparative analysis
Communicating and educating the stakeholders
Logging actionables on the relevant stakeholders
Updating compliance certification in line with the IFSCA regulatory framework
Review of marketing creatives and customer communications
Ensure tracking and timely submission of reports and regulatory responses to regulatory authroities
Making representations to the Regulatory Authorities for business enablement including review and analysis of exposure drafts/white papers issued by the Regulatory Authorities
Review of Agreements from compliance perspective
Support business teams and other stakeholders with addressing queries
Preferred qualification – CS/CA/LLB
Experience – 2-3 years
