Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, employee relations, and acting as a bridge between management and employees. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Prepare and post job vacancies on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary and final interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for candidate selection.
- Finalize suitable candidates and complete the joining formalities.
Employee Relations
- Interact regularly with employees to understand their concerns and issues.
- Provide guidance and solutions to resolve employee grievances.
- Maintain healthy relationships between management and employees.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and manpower.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and workplace behavior.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities.
- Support management in manpower planning and workforce development.
Communication & Coordination
- Convey management decisions and policies to employees effectively.
- Gather employee feedback and present it to management.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between all departments.

Educational Qualification

- MBA in HR will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Employee Relations.
Reporting To
Director / Management Team
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,517.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
