Job Description
Order Processing: Verify customer orders, sales invoices, and delivery challans to ensure correct quantities and product grades are prepared.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect packaging for damage, verify expiration dates, and ensure the product meets strict hygiene and food safety standards before loading.
Inventory Management: Track finished goods inventory, report stock discrepancies, and implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) storage method.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transport companies and drivers to schedule vehicle placement, track shipments in transit, and resolve any delivery delays.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate digital (ERP) and physical logs of all dispatches, and generate regular MIS reports for management.
Qualification
Graduate in any field
Experience
1 to 2 years in dispatch Section
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
