Industry: Corporate Interior Fitout / Commercial Interior Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of corporate office interior fitout projects from mobilization to project handover.
- Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, resource allocation, and contractor performance.
- Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Resolve technical and coordination issues during project execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and construction standards.
- Prepare and review progress reports, site reports, and project documentation.
- Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of corporate interior fitout construction practices.
- Good knowledge of project management processes and site execution.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Construction Management / Interior Construction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹153,598.86 - ₹182,570.99 per month
