Executive Assistant to Founder ### House of Raadhvi / Swara by Raadhvi Location: Bangalore## About UsHouse of Raadhvi is a fast-growing premium saree brand known for curating timeless collections and creating beautiful shopping experiences for customers across the globe.With multiple stores and a growing online presence, we are building a strong fashion and retail brand with a focus on elegance, customer experience, and execution excellence.We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder.---## Role OverviewThis role requires someone who can manage coordination, follow-ups, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day execution support for the Founder across multiple business functions.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, professional, and capable of handling fast-moving priorities efficiently.---## Key Responsibilities### Founder Coordination- Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules- Coordinate daily priorities and task follow-ups- Assist in planning meetings, events, launches, and business activities- Maintain notes, trackers, and execution updates### Team & Operations Coordination- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, store, inventory, and operations teams- Ensure follow-ups and deadlines are met- Track pending tasks and maintain reports### Vendor & Communication Management- Coordinate with vendors, influencers, agencies, and external partners- Handle calls, emails, and communication professionally- Maintain records and documentation### Administrative & Business Support- Assist with presentations, reports, and operational tasks- Organize data and maintain business documents- Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the Founder’s Office---## Skills Required- Strong communication and coordination skills- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability- Proactive and execution-oriented mindset- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp / basic documentation- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Professional attitude and confidentiality---## Preferred Qualifications- Experience as an Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office / Operations Coordinator preferred- Fashion, retail, startup, or luxury industry experience is an advantage- Fluency in English and Kannada preferred---## What We’re Looking ForSomeone who:- Takes ownership- Follows up without being reminded- Can think practically and solve problems quickly- Is disciplined, organized, and reliable- Wants to grow closely with a fast-scaling brand.
