Job Description
Warehouse Manager will be employed by Sree Enterprises (Lankelapalem visakhapatnam) and will be reporting to the management. The warehouse manager will be responsible for the entire warehouse operations of one client account. The warehouse manager will be working with the logistics team, salesforce team and other key executives from the client side. He will be managing a team of dispatch supervisors, billing operators, inward/outward clerks etc and report everyday work to the management.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, putting away, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Inventory Management (SAP): Maintain 100% inventory accuracy using SAP ERP. Ensure all stock movements, receipts, and issues are recorded in the system in real-time.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate daily/weekly stock reports, and analyze variances.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse supervisors, executives, and labor staff. Manage daily attendance, shifts, and productivity.
- Audit & Compliance: Lead periodic and annual physical stock verification (cycle counting) and reconcile physical stock with SAP data.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness, 5S implementation, and strict adherence to workplace safety protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics (preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Manufacturing).
- Software Proficiency: * Hands-on experience working with SAP (MM/WM modules) is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Skills: * Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
