WE ARE HIRING – Senior HR Executive George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior HR Executive to join our team at our Kundannoor, Kochi location. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Handle employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS updates. Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labour laws. Assist in training, induction, and other HR operations. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information. Requirements: MBA/MSW or Bachelor's degree with relevant HR experience. 1 to 2 Years of experience in Human Resources. Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll support, labour law basics, and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRMS.
