Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Manager cum Daily Sales Data Executive to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and update daily sales reports. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and ensure smooth coordination between inventory and sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesStock Management
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits.
- Identify stock discrepancies and resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of products.
- Coordinate with vendors and management regarding stock requirements.
- Track product expiry dates where applicable.
- Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports.
Daily Sales Data Management
- Update daily sales reports accurately.
- Maintain sales data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Reconcile daily sales with billing software.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries.
- Identify sales trends and report abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate customer and service sales records.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare inventory and sales MIS reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock movement and sales performance.
- Ensure all data is updated before the end of each business day.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, stock handling, or data entry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas preferred).
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with POS or inventory management software is an added advantage.
