- Direct the comprehensive maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, to ensure uninterrupted property operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to guarantee high-quality maintenance services and cost-effective procurement.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of critical building infrastructure.
- Oversee on-site facility operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Lead and mentor facility staff and security teams to maintain high service delivery standards across all managed properties.
- Monitor operational budgets, track expenses, and provide detailed reports on facility performance and resource utilization to senior management.
Qualification Required:
B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma (Civil) preferred
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
