Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Field Officer to join our team. This role requires extensive local travel and a proactive approach to sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Outreach: Visit potential clients, retailers, and distributors daily to promote our range of products .
- Lead Generation: Identify and convert new business leads through door-to-door visits and field networking.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Market Research: Collect feedback from the market regarding competitor pricing, new trends, and customer needs to help us improve our offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales and visit logs using Excel or mobile tracking apps.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing (experience in manufacturing or construction materials is a plus).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication in Tamil; basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Travel: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a vehicle for daily field visits.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to use basic mobile apps and provide daily reports via Excel or WhatsApp.
- Personality: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
