About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Business Development Executive to join our lead generation team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and nurturing them into qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
- Understand customer needs and present relevant products/services.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain motivation.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in [English } is a Must.
