Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, referrals, and market research
- Reach out to prospective clients via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Handle client communication professionally and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain and manage lead pipelines, sales activities, and client records using CRM tools
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and project requirement documents
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skills

- Understanding of IT services and web technologies
- Negotiation and presentation skills
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in the IT industry)
