Job Summary
CNA Sports World is looking for an experienced and proactive Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail operations experience, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with the factory regarding low-stock and replenishment requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and store reports.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain discipline, staff scheduling, and overall store productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-driven with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage store operations efficiently.
