Core Responsibilities
- Handle student/parent enquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email)
- Provide complete information about courses, fees, and admission process
- Counsel and guide prospects to choose the right program
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions
Lead Management
- Follow up on leads generated through ads, campaigns, and references
- Maintain and update lead data in records
- Track enquiry-to-admission conversion ratio
Admission Process Handling
- Assist in application form filling and document collection
- Verify student details and eligibility
- Coordinate for admission confirmation and fee payment
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries and admissions
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain database and admission records systematically
