Nexcrew Technologies is looking for a motivated Sales Assistance to join our team in Malappuram. The selected candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, following up with leads, explaining our services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records & finding customers
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Explain company services professionally.
- Schedule meetings and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
-Proactively identify and acquire new customers through independent prospecting and outreach.
Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Malayalam&English
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
