We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites and mobile applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of user experience principles, UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities
- Create attractive, modern, and user-friendly UI designs for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective user experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve product usability.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop and maintain consistent design guidelines, typography, colors, icons, and UI components.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members.
- Provide design specifications and support developers during implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, easy to navigate, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Review implemented designs and ensure accuracy and quality.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Figma.
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and usability.
- Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
