We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Photographer, Videomaker, and Editor to create high-quality visual content for real estate listings, property marketing, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate will capture stunning property photos and videos, then edit them into polished marketing materials that attract buyers and showcase properties effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional-quality interior and exterior property photographs
- Shoot cinematic property walkthrough videos, drone footage, and promotional reels
- Plan shots to highlight property features such as layout, lighting, design, and surroundings
- Use lighting, camera angles, and composition techniques to make spaces visually appealing
- Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
- Edit videos with transitions, motion graphics, music, color grading, and branding using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Create social media content such as reels, short-form videos, and promotional ads
- Coordinate with real estate agents, property owners, and marketing teams to understand project requirements
- Maintain organized storage of raw footage, edited content, and project files
- Deliver final content within deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing property photos and video projects
- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, framing, and composition
- Experience with drone photography/videography is a plus
- Strong editing and color correction skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple property shoots
- Good communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or degree in photography, film, media, or related field
- Experience creating virtual tours or 360° property content
- Understanding of real estate marketing trends
