Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and creative KG Teacher to nurture young learners in their early years of education. The ideal candidate should create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment while fostering children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and activity-oriented learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and learning activities for Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG students.
- Teach foundational skills including phonics, pre-writing, numeracy, storytelling, rhymes, and communication.
- Create a fun, interactive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Conduct creative activities such as art & craft, music, dance, games, and sensory learning.
- Monitor and assess each child's academic, behavioural, and developmental progress.
- Maintain student records, portfolios, and progress reports.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication and Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and classroom activities.
- Use teaching aids, educational toys, and digital learning tools to enhance classroom learning.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori Training, NTT, or B.Ed. (Preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Pre-KG, LKG, or UKG.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and excellent communication skills may also apply.
