Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team for a 4-month internship based out of our Thane office. The role involves bond calling (outbound calling for lead generation), field visits to businesses, and occasional travel for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advertising & Sponsorship
- Identify and meet businesses interested in advertising (Marketing Managers, Business Owners, Brand Managers)
- Present our software product's advertising solutions and generate leads
- Coordinate proposals and follow up till deal closure
2. Business Opportunity Collection
- Visit businesses (supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, schools, offices, retail, manufacturing, etc.)
- Identify their requirements — vendors, procurement, outsourcing, expansion, manpower, contract renewals
- Document and publish these opportunities on our software product for members
3. Relationship Building
- Build connections with Business Owners, Purchase/HR/Marketing/Operations Managers and Procurement teams
4. Market Intelligence
- Track new business openings, upcoming projects, expansions, and tender opportunities
Requirements
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field visits/client meetings
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Office)
- Immediate availability to join
- Graduates/undergraduates or freshers can apply
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
