Key Responsibilities:
Assist in personal tasks such as booking personal appointments, travel, or managing errands for Managing Director.
Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, often of a confidential nature.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executive.
Monitor office supplies and handle administrative procurement.
Ensure the executive is prepared for meetings and engagements by compiling necessary materials and briefings.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Flexible to work & ready to travel with MD mam
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar administrative role.
Looking for More than 3 yrs experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common productivity tools.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Degree Mandatory
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
