We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Pithampur facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a positive and high-performance team environment.
- Identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material shortages in a timely manner.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics, to optimize overall operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management of raw materials and finished goods on the production floor.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of production machinery and equipment.
