- Manage daily schedule: calendar management, appointments, reminders, travel arrangements, and itinerary planning.
- Handle communications: screen calls, manage email inbox, draft and proofread correspondence, and act as primary point of contact.
- Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, book venues, arrange materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Administrative tasks: file management (digital and paper), expense reports, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping support.
- Travel and logistics: book flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, and manage travel-related documentation.
Pay: ₹10,281.65 - ₹43,785.03 per month
