We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive who can also support front office operations. The role combines digital marketing expertise with customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both content creation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging videos (Reels, Stories, Ads)
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Track performance metrics and improve campaign ROI
- Coordinate with salon team to capture real-time content
Front Office Responsibilities:
- Handle client appointments, calls, and walk-ins professionally
- Assist in billing, service coordination, and customer queries
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and client experience
- Support in upselling services and memberships
Required Skills:
- Strong video shooting and editing skills
- Knowledge of tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, scheduling systems)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in salon, beauty, or lifestyle industry
- Confident personality for client interaction and video presence
