Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor the operation of the Continuous Annealing Pickling Line during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production.
Quality Compliance: Maintain line parameters in accordance with the grade-wise Quality Plan to ensure product quality and consistency.
Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of MIG welding for strip joining and other maintenance-related tasks.
Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues promptly and support preventive maintenance activities.
Safety & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the shift.
Team Leadership: Lead and guide the shift team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety and achieving the production target with proper safety and also compliance to environmental norms
Excellent communication skill, leadership skill, have ability to manage 10+ team members, SAP & computer skills.
