Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and provide support to various departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Monitor office maintenance, housekeeping, and security requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support accounts team with invoice processing and basic documentation when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Experience in vendor management and facility coordination.
- Basic understanding of HR and Accounts administration.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience
