Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients within the assigned district.
- Visit schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, industries, corporates, and government organizations.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Training Heads, HR Managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Present and promote the company's Assessment Services and Digital Assessment Platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations, business presentations, and client meetings.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical and content teams for client onboarding and implementation.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support when required.
- Achieve assigned sales, business development, and revenue targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct daily field visits to schools, colleges, and corporate clients.
- Number of client meetings conducted.
- Number of product demonstrations delivered.
- Lead generation and conversion ratio.
- New client acquisitions.
- Monthly revenue generated.
- Candidate registrations and assessments conducted through the platform.
