Role Overview
As a Credit Advisor, you will talk to clients who contact us about their credit problems. Your role is to understand their situation, explain how our services can help them, and guide them through the process of using our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customers' credit-related concerns and explain HelloScore's services.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly outreach targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Any graduate or final-year student can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada (English/Hindi is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
