Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language and Literature as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and communication skills.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and analytical skills through literature and language activities.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Prepare students for school examinations, board examinations (PGT), Olympiads, debates, and literary competitions.
- Integrate digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology into lessons.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate academic records and support students' overall development.
EligibilityFor PGT English
- Master's Degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE Senior Secondary curriculum and board examination pattern.
For TGT English
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum for Classes VI–X.

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and student assessment.
