Department: Tax Technology Team
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple Agile teams.
- Multi-Project Leadership : Manage concurrent Agile projects across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivery excellence
- Agile Leadership : Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and ensure adherence to Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
- Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Risk & Issue Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues across projects. Escalate critical blockers and propose actionable solutions.
- Team Coordination : Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and designers. Foster collaboration and accountability.
- Reporting & Governance : Track progress using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, velocity, and KPIs.
- Change Management : Manage scope changes through formal change control processes. Ensure documentation and approvals are in place.
- Process Optimization : Drive improvements in delivery workflows, resource allocation, and Agile adoption across the portfolio
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing multiple Agile projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of managing multiple Agile projects simultaneously.
Experience in mentoring and developing project teams.
