Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time, office-based Videographer to join our team.
Please note: professionals focused on film-style direction or large-scale productions are not a fit. We operate within a digital-first agency environment and value relevant industry exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end video production for digital campaigns, including branded content, social media assets, and performance-driven creatives.
- Collaborate with brand strategists, and content teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling video concepts.
- Plan and shoot video content in line with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and marketing objectives.
- Handle on-ground production including setup and operation of cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and props in fast-paced shoot environments.
- Edit and package raw footage into high-quality, platform-optimized videos with attention to pacing, storytelling, and engagement.
- Manage projects ensuring timely delivery while maintaining creative and technical quality.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
- Stay updated on digital content trends, formats, and tools relevant to brand and social media marketing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience, specifically within a creative or digital marketing agency setup.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video work created for brands, campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital content formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube, ads, etc.) and platform-specific best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment in a commercial production environment.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven content goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
