B2C Sales Executive – Online Degree Programs
Role Overview: Drive consultative sales of our online UG & PG programs, guiding working professionals and students from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Enrollments: Conduct outbound calls, online demos, and regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful admissions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand candidates' career goals and recommend the best-fit degree programs (MBA, MCA, BA, etc.).
- Funnel Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms).
- Target Achievement: Adhere to high-quality sales processes to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven B2C sales experience (Startup background is highly preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM management and Dialler Operations.
- Key Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and strong persuasion abilities.
- Mindset: Highly accountable, result-oriented, resilient, and capable of building processes from scratch.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
