World Class Services Limited (WCSL) is looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, statutory compliance, and employee documentation.
The HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations across assigned projects/sites and maintaining effective coordination between employees, management, and clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Handle the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with candidates and concerned departments for interviews, document verification, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely deployment of manpower as per client requirements.
- Verify candidate documents and maintain proper recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and site/project teams for manpower requirements.
2. Employee Joining & Documentation
- Complete joining formalities and maintain employee personal files and records.
- Ensure collection and verification of required documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, educational certificates, experience certificates, and other applicable documents.
- Ensure timely generation and maintenance of employee ID cards, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain accurate employee master data.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and reporting managers regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Verify attendance data before processing payroll.
- Maintain proper records of absenteeism, late coming, overtime, and employee leave.
- Follow up with employees and site teams regarding attendance-related issues.
4. Payroll & Salary Coordination
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, deductions, and other payroll inputs before salary processing.
- Assist in resolving employee salary-related queries.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll-related information from assigned locations/projects.
- Coordinate regarding PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory deductions as applicable.
5. Statutory Compliance
- Maintain and update records related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Minimum Wages, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal compliance teams and external authorities, wherever required.
- Ensure statutory documents and employee records are properly maintained.
- Support preparation of compliance reports and documents for client audits and inspections.
6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate with management for appropriate resolution.
- Maintain professional and positive employee relations.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters, absenteeism, misconduct, and other HR issues in coordination with senior management.
- Conduct employee counselling wherever required.
7. Client & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, site heads, supervisors, and internal departments for HR-related matters.
- Ensure timely resolution of manpower, attendance, documentation, and employee-related issues.
- Prepare and share HR-related reports with management and clients as required.
- Support client audits, inspections, and documentation requirements.
8. Employee Exit & Full & Final Settlement
- Manage resignation and employee separation formalities.
- Conduct exit documentation and ensure proper handover of company/client assets.
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for Full & Final Settlement.
- Maintain proper records of resigned, terminated, absconding, and relieved employees.
9. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare regular HR MIS reports relating to manpower, recruitment, joining, attrition, attendance, absenteeism, and employee status.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and trackers.
- Provide timely reports and information to senior management.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and manpower management.
- Knowledge of recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
- Strong problem-solving and employee-handling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, manpower outsourcing, staffing, or a similar HR role.
- Experience in handling large manpower/project-based workforce will be preferred.

Performance Expectations
The selected candidate will be expected to ensure timely and accurate completion of HR activities, maintain proper employee documentation, support smooth manpower deployment, minimize attendance and payroll discrepancies, ensure compliance requirements, and provide effective HR support to employees, management, and clients.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
