Location: Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala

Role Summary:
The Branch Incharge/Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch performance, ensuring operational excellence, achieving business goals, and leading the team effectively while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise overall branch activities and administrative functions
- Achieve business growth targets through customer acquisition and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business prospects
- Ensure high standards of customer service and prompt resolution of client queries
- Monitor collections and support recovery efforts to minimize overdue accounts
- Coordinate with field staff to improve collection efficiency and portfolio quality
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance to ensure productivity
- Allocate duties effectively and ensure smooth workflow within the branch
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze branch performance regularly and implement improvement strategies
- Identify and control financial and operational risks proactively
- Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to overall branch profitability
