Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare engaging courses and lessons aligned with SEBA curriculum for Classes 3–8.
- Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and integrate effective teaching strategies.
- Be proactively involved in teaching, mentoring, and supporting students according to their educational needs.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to students across the full range of abilities.
- Prepare and assign weekly assignments for each batch under your responsibility.
- Ensure timely correction and marking of students’ classwork and homework.
- Assess, record, and report on students’ development, progress, and achievement.
- Communicate and provide feedback to parents during PTMs or whenever necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior school teaching experience, especially in scholastic exam training, will be preferred.
- Should have a clear understanding of the learning needs of Foundation Course students aiming to excel in both school and competitive exams.
- A mindset of continuous self-learning and professional development is essential.
- Must possess excellent presentation skills and strong command of English communication.
