Job Description Job Title: Videographer Location: Akal Academy, Baru Sahib (On-site) Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to capture high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our mission, activities, events, and achievements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and producing engaging video content for social media, digital platforms, promotional campaigns, educational initiatives, and institutional communications. Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for promotional, educational, documentary, and event-related purposes. Cover institutional events, conferences, seminars, workshops, ceremonies, and field activities. Operate professional cameras, drones (if certified), gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to execute video concepts and storytelling requirements. Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality during shoots. Conduct interviews, testimonials, and documentary-style recordings. Manage video equipment, maintain inventory, and ensure proper handling and upkeep of all production gear. Organize and archive raw footage and media assets systematically. Travel to various locations as required for event coverage and content production. Stay updated with emerging videography techniques, equipment, and digital content trends. Assist the video editing team by ensuring footage is captured according to project requirements.
