Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle machine installation, trials, after-sales service, customer coordination, and service support. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits and travelling across India for machine installation and service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Track machine dispatch and coordinate installation with customers.
- Understand site requirements and arrange necessary installation support.
- Coordinate with customers and service engineers for machine installation.
- Conduct and coordinate machine trials with Sales and Service teams.
- Plan and monitor daily service engineer visits.
- Handle customer service calls and identify warranty or chargeable services.
- Create and manage service tickets for machine maintenance and repairs.
- Document machine problems, troubleshooting steps, and service activities.
- Follow up with customers after installation/service to ensure satisfactory completion.
- Prepare monthly service reports.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with customers.

- Willingness to travel across India.

Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in relevant technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Service, Installation, Sales & Service, or Customer Support.
- Candidates with experience in machinery, industrial equipment, automation, or similar industries will be preferred.
