· HR Policy Implementation & Process Adherence
Desired Profile:
· Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliances.
· Experience in payroll coordination and employee benefits.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
Qualification:
· MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
· Relevant experience in Compliance & HR Operations preferred.
