We are looking for a highly driven, revenue-focused, and experienced Business Development Manager who can independently drive international sales, generate qualified opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and contribute directly to company growth.
This is a leadership-oriented role for professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and have a proven track record of closing high-value IT and Digital Marketing projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other global markets.
- Generate qualified leads through:
- LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo and Prospecting Platforms
- Upwork and Freelance Marketplaces
- AI-Powered Lead Generation Tools
- Email Outreach & Networking Channels
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop strategic outreach campaigns to increase client acquisition.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct:
- Cold Calling
- Cold Email Campaigns
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Discovery Calls & Client Presentations
- Understand client business objectives and recommend customized solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Responsible for generating a minimum revenue target of USD 30,000 per month.
Proposal Management & Deal Closure
- Create professional proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Lead negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Close high-value projects in IT Services and Digital Marketing domains.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate project scoping.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
Marketing & Strategic Support
- Coordinate with SEO and Digital Marketing teams when required.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on:
- Clutch
- DesignRush
- GoodFirms
- Other B2B Platforms
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance reports.

- Self-motivated with an ownership mindset.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
