We are looking young, dynamic, self-driven candidates for the position of "Sales & Marketing Executive"
Candidates must have 2-Wheeler with valid license for this job.
Candidate should manage localized campaigns, analyze consumer behavior, oversee in-store promotions, and coordinate with sales teams to maximize product visibility and drive revenue growth in competitive retail market.
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor localized marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels to promote products.
Sales Collaboration: Partner with the regional sales team and distributors to align marketing strategies with business objectives and facilitate new product rollouts.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to track consumer trends, evaluate competitor positioning, and identify new growth opportunities.
Trade & BTL Marketing: Manage Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, including product sampling, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and promotional events to capture consumer attention on the shelf.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data, track Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize future marketing spend.
Agency Coordination: Liaise with external agencies (creative, PR, digital) for the creation of advertising collateral and promotional materials.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven marketing experience, specifically within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using market data and digital analytics tools to interpret consumer behavior.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to craft engaging brand narratives.

Pay: ₹14,999.98 - ₹34,999.98 per month
