Job Brief:
We are looking for a passionate Royal Enfield Sales Executive (Store Consultant) who lives and breathes the motorcycle lifestyle. At Royal Enfield, we don't just sell bikes; we sell the philosophy of Pure Motorcycling. You will engage with enthusiasts and commuters alike, helping them choose the right machine—from the iconic Classic and Bullet to the adventurous Himalayan and premium twins—while introducing them to our vibrant riding community and official apparel.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Storytelling: Welcome walk-ins and walk them through the rich heritage, distinct exhaust notes, and unique character of Royal Enfield motorcycles.Product Consultations: Provide expert advice on different engine platforms (J-series, 450cc liquid-cooled, 650cc twins) and guide buyers based on their touring or city riding needs.
The Royal Enfield Experience: Arrange and conduct test rides, ensuring customers experience the unique thump and ergonomics of the bikes in a safe manner.
Customisation & Apparels: Drive additional revenue by introducing clients to the Make It Yours (MiY) customisation program, genuine motorcycle accessories (GMA), and official riding gear.
Community Engagement: Introduce new buyers to dealership-led weekend rides, regional events, and the broader Royal Enfield riding culture.
Process Management: Handle the end-to-end sales pipeline, including managing bookings, financing/EMI structures, exchange programs, and orchestrating a memorable delivery ceremony.
Prospecting & Follow-ups: Actively maintain and follow up on digital leads, test-ride prospects, and community event inquiries using the dealership CRM.Requirements & Qualifications
The Motorcycle Mindset:
Deep passion for Royal Enfield motorcycles, leisure riding, and the Indian biking culture.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in retail sales (experience with premium automotive brands or high-end lifestyle products is a massive plus).
Licensing: Must possess a valid permanent two-wheeler driving licence with geared vehicle authorisation.
Communication Skills: Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect authentically with diverse customer profiles, from college students to veteran tourers.
Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of motorcycle mechanics, engine capacities, and riding dynamics to answer enthusiast queries confidently.
Education: Graduate or equivalent; must be tech-savvy enough to handle digital configuration tools and CRM applications.
