Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview:
This position assists in the coordination and administration of local subsidiary marketing activities.
Reporting: Marketing Manager
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai, India
Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.

Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan for the India region.

Coordinate and execute brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Drive best-in-class in-store marketing execution across multiple channels.

Maintain marketing reports, trackers, databases, and other administrative documentation.

Build and regularly update databases of hairstylists, barbers, retailers, distributors, and resellers in the region.

Coordinate market research activities including surveys, sampling programs, and mystery shopping initiatives.

Conduct market visits to identify customer needs, branding opportunities, ATL/BTL opportunities and gather competitive insights.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Support E-commerce marketing activities including campaign execution, product page optimization, promotional planning, and improving online visibility to drive sales and strengthen brand presence.

Assist in planning and executing brand participations in regional events, trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, webinars, and training programs.

Manage onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of Wahl Educators and training programs.

Analyze sales and market data to generate insights and recommend marketing opportunities.

Support trade marketing initiatives and monthly promotional schemes.

Coordinate with regional product teams for new product opportunities based on market insights and customer feedback.

Coordinate Wahl Education initiatives in liaison with Marketing Manager, APAC Digital and Social Media Supervisor.

Drive the Wahl Ambassador program across India. Identify and onboard new ambassadors and track their deliverables.

Assist with the enrolment, training calendar, and day-to-day management of Wahl Educators in India region. E.g., Barber trainings, looklearns, One-on-one trainings, online trainings.

Managing execution of influencer programmes, track their KPI's, analyse and report.

Perform data analysis on PSI data on a regular basis, and share insights with the team, where needed.

Work with external agencies including project scopes and expenditure.

Development of compelling trade schemes to support channel sales on monthly basis.

Analyze the data points to identify product needs for India market supported with voice of customers and coordinate the same with Regional Product Team for launch.
SkillsExperience
-
2-4 years of experience in a marketing or brand coordination role.
-
Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer goods, beauty, or personal care industry is preferred.

Strong understanding of brand marketing, trade marketing, and campaign execution.
-
Exposure to digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
-
Analytical mindset with experience working on reports and marketing data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
