About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Administration function across Corporate Office, PAN India branch offices, and 13 manufacturing units.

Coordinate and oversee the setup of new offices, including infrastructure, facilities, vendor management, and operational readiness.

Liaise with hotels, event partners, and internal stakeholders for successful planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and business meetings.

Ensure smooth event management and seamless execution of employee, customer, and business events.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment by supervising housekeeping and facility management services.

Oversee repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of corporate office infrastructure and facilities.

Manage company guest houses, including maintenance, occupancy planning, and expense control.

Administer fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance, driver management, insurance renewals, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure adherence to statutory, administrative, and operational compliance requirements.

Liaise with local government authorities, municipal bodies, and regulatory departments for approvals, licenses, and compliance matters.

Coordinate with the Purchase/Procurement team for administrative purchases, vendor identification, negotiations, and documentation.

Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for office equipment, assets, and infrastructure.

Oversee domestic and international travel management, including travel policies, bookings, accommodations, and cost optimization.

Monitor and manage lease agreements for branch offices, factories, warehouses, and other company properties across India.

Handle office contracts, facility agreements, and vendor relationships for all PAN India locations.

Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring uninterrupted administrative support and service delivery.

Travel to offices, branch locations, and manufacturing plants as required to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.

Any Graduate with 15 to 20 years of experience in Administration.
