Position: F&B Executive (Stock Audit & Inventory Control)
Location: Outlet Visits across Ludhiana, Chandigarh & Delhi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outlet-to-outlet visits across Ludhiana, Chandigarh, and Delhi for stock verification.
- Perform regular stocktaking and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices wherever applicable.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and identify inventory discrepancies.
- Verify physical stock against system records and prepare audit reports.
- Ensure proper stock handling, storage, and inventory control at all outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to resolve stock variances and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain audit documentation and submit reports to management on time.
- Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and SOPs.
- Travel regularly between assigned outlets for scheduled and surprise audits.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B, retail, restaurant, or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of stock management, inventory audits, FIFO/LIFO, and MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Ludhiana, Chandigarh, and Delhi.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
