Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our products, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales and marketing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events as required.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, payments, and after-sales support.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel.
