Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in the showroom and office.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper functioning of all electrical systems.
- Maintain showroom lighting, display lights, decorative lights, signboards, and LED fixtures.
- Regularly inspect and maintain generators, UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical panels.
- Attend to electrical breakdowns and carry out immediate troubleshooting and repairs.
- Monitor and maintain air conditioners, exhaust fans, and other electrical appliances in coordination with external service providers.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of electrical equipment as per schedule.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, biometric machines, alarm systems, and related electrical connections.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and electrical consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major electrical repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Report any electrical hazards, faults, or safety concerns immediately to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of electrical rooms, panels, and maintenance areas.
- Assist during showroom events, festivals, and special displays requiring additional electrical arrangements.
Required Qualifications:
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Electrician License preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in retail/showroom environments.
