Lead and manage quality assurance activities for incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Review drawings and specifications and ensure effective implementation of inspection plans.
Manage supplier quality activities including supplier audits, PPAP approval, and performance monitoring.
Analyze rejection, rework, and customer complaints; drive RCA, CAPA, and effectiveness monitoring.
Ensure implementation and compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Drive continual improvement initiatives, process improvements, and Kaizen activities.
