Store Supervisor – Site

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site store operations and material handling.
- Receive, inspect and verify materials as per purchase orders, delivery challans and specifications.
- Maintain proper records of material receipt, issue, return and stock balance.
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requisitions.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and inform management about material shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of piping, structural, mechanical and construction materials.
- Coordinate with purchase, project, accounts and site execution teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and material reports.
- Maintain GRN, Material Issue Slip, Return Material Slip and other store documents.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the site store.
- Monitor material movement between site, warehouse and other locations.
- Handle material wastage, damaged materials and surplus/unused materials.
- Maintain computerized inventory records using MS Excel/ERP.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of construction/industrial site materials and store procedures.
- Strong inventory management and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple material requirements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
