As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and generating leads that will translate into increased revenue for the institute.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technical training industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate training managers, government officials, and educational institutions
- Generate leads through various marketing channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards achieving sales goals
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
